El Proyecto Vitrinas estará dedicado a partir del 25 de junio al arquitecto y teórico húngaro Yona Friedman, con motivo de la publicación del segundo volumen de la Colección Arte y Arquitectura AA MUSAC. A través de su trabajo, Friedman da prioridad a la palabra del individuo, sus necesidades y el poder que implica la libertad de decidir, dándole así un papel fundamental en la sociedad. Este proyecto será a la vez un homenaje a uno de los teóricos más influyentes, dinámicos y visionarios de nuestro tiempo; y una prolongación de nuestra reflexión acerca de la arquitectura y su rol en la construcción de la ciudad contemporánea.

From 25 June, MUSAC’s Showcase Project shall be dedicated to Hungarian architect and theoretician Yona Friedman, on occasion of the publication of Volume 2 of the Collection Art and Architecture AA MUSAC. In his work Friedman places priority on the word of the individual, his needs and the power implicit in the freedom to decide, thus granting him a fundamental role in society. This project is at once a tribute to one of the most influential, dynamic and visionary theoreticians of our time and a prolongation of our reflections on architecture and its role in structuring the contemporary city.
